Bred co. is a micro bakery in Albany, Western Australia making quality sourdough from locally grown and milled grain.  Bred Co sources the grain from Kendenup farmers, Goodies Farm, and mill the grain on-site in their own flour mill.  By keeping the growing, milling and baking all in the Great Southern they are able to make a product that tastes singularly of the region.  They sell a big range of breads at the market including baguettes, white and wholemeal sourdough and much more.  You’ll also find a delicious range of sweet and savoury pastries, all made fresh using as many locally sourced ingredients as possible.
