Royale Patisserie

Royale Patisserie specialise in creating authentic sourdoughs, organic, fermented and specialty breads. They use traditional recipes passed down through generations. Established in 2006, Royale Patisserie is proudly owned and operated by the same family to this very day.  They have developed a range of award winning gourmet loaves, including organic sourdoughs, cafe burgers and breads designed to serve the local restaurant industry. They also make a wide variety of sweet and savoury pastries, available at the Albany Farmers Market and in store.  All flours are provided by a WA family owned and operated mill, and all products are handmade with real ingredients, and baked by Artisan Bakers and Pastry Chefs at their Albany location.  Royale Patisserie sources as much local West Australian product as possible to produce their goods.
