Royale Patisserie is a local bakery and is the most awarded Sour Dough bread maker in Albany. We have been making sour dough, organic, fermented and specialty breads since 2006 using traditional recipes, handmade and baked by artisan bakers and pastry chefs. We make a wide variety of pastries, sweet yeast, pies, pasties and sausage rolls to family recipes passed down through the generations. We source the best quality ingredients as local as possible to produce our goods.
