Honeyed Chicken, Asparagus and Bacon

Chicken flesh, diced into 1 cm cubes 500 Gram
Rashers of bacon, diced or thin sliced 2
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Seeded mustard 1 Tablespoon
Paprika 3 Tablespoon
Garlic clove, crushed 2
Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
Leek, washed and chopped 1
Hot chicken stock 1 Cup
Asparagus, sliced 150 Gram
Honey 2 Tablespoon
Black pepper
Heat oil to moderate heat in a fry pan. Add all flavorings: mustard, paprika, garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.
Add chicken and bacon. Stir to coat meat in flavours, then continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Add leek and continue stirring. Add hot chicken stock. Stir and let thicken by leaving on low simmer for about 5 minutes.
When chicken is cooked through, add honey pepper and asparagus. Stir.
