Spinach and Basil Dip

This delicious dip is a favourite recipe from Harma Mostert of Mostert’s Fresh Veggies.  It’s a great way to use a big bunch of Mostert’s basil in summer.

Spinach and Basil Dip

Garlic clove

Parmesan cheese, cubed

Spinach

Basil leaves

lemon juice

ml
olive oil
pinch of nutmeg
salt
pepper
Step
Blitz cheese and garlic until fine. Add remaining ingredients.
Pulse briefly 3-4 times to achieve a chunky consistency.
Leave for 1 hour before using.
