Spinach and Basil Dip

Spinach 100 Gram
Basil leaves 20 Gram
Cashews 100 Gram
lemon juice 40 Millilitre
olive oil 60 Millilitre
pinch of nutmeg

Step
Blitz cheese and garlic until fine. Add remaining ingredients.
Pulse briefly 3-4 times to achieve a chunky consistency.
Best to leave for 1 hour before using.
